WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
- This offer is for Crest Nicholson to contribute towards your mortgage deposit up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price. You are required to contribute a minimum 10% deposit
- You must be financially qualified by an independent mortgage advisor and meet the lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria.
HOW DOES THE CONTRIBUTION WORK?
- Crest Nicholson’s contribution will be:
- agreed before you reserve your Crest Nicholson home; and confirmed in the reservation agreement; and
- paid to your solicitor on legal completion of your Crest Nicholson home purchase provided that legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation.

- is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to status and availability.
