Freddie Banks was recently able to purchase his new two-bedroom at Crest Nicholson’s Dylon Works in Lower Sydenham thanks to the Government’s Help to Buy scheme. He said: “The combination of Help to Buy and Crest Nicholson’s contribution to my Stamp Duty both helped me take my first step onto the property ladder”.

Crest Nicholson celebrates Elmer the Patchwork Elephant’s 30th birthday in aid of St Elizabeth Hospice

Award-winning developer Crest Nicholson has sponsored an elephant sculpture as part of Elmer’s Big Parade Suffolk. To mark the 30th anniversary of both St Elizabeth Hospice and Elmer, many unique and brightly painted sculptures will be installed around Ipswich for twelve weeks from the 15th June until the 7th September.

Second stepper uses Help to Buy to move into her dream home at Hansford Park, Rugby

Jo Stroud, a customer operations manager for Britvic, needed a fresh start with her nine-year-old son Henry. Having lived in Hillmorton, Warwickshire, she wanted to stay local so that Henry could continue going to his school.
