Ariel view of a crest development

Crest Nicholson is a leading UK residential housebuilder, operating primarily in the South of England and the Midlands, with a clear focus on the mid-premium segment of the housing market. Our business is underpinned by a high-quality, strategically located land portfolio that aligns closely with market demand and evolving consumer needs. We are committed to delivering well-designed, sustainable homes and vibrant communities, combining architectural excellence with a disciplined and efficient approach to development

Our Structure

Crest Nicholson is structured into five regional divisions, with the Midlands and Yorkshire recently merged as a transitional measure until Yorkshire is established as a standalone division. The Group also includes a centralised fire remediation team, dedicated exclusively to fire safety assessments and remedial works, ensuring compliance and resident safety. Additionally, a specialist strategic land department supports long-term growth by securing timely planning approvals and maintaining a robust pipeline of permitted land for future developments
