Crest Nicholson launches new £600m 2,000 unit Arborfield Green Garden Village scheme on former garrison site

Award-winning developer Crest Nicholson has launched its new £600 million Garden Village scheme, Arborfield Green; the regeneration of the former Arborfield Garrison in Berkshire into a significant new community of 2,000 homes. Crest Nicholson was appointed as the Development Manager for the former Arborfield Garrison site by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), the estates arm of the Ministry of Defence, in April 2013.

Crest Nicholson appoints Darren Dancey to Executive Management Team

Award-winning developer Crest Nicholson is pleased to announce the appointment of Darren Dancey, Group Design & Technical Director, to its Executive Management Team. Darren will be responsible for Crest Nicholson’s conceptual design team, developing the Group’s procurement strategy, and encouraging the adoption of modern methods of construction and smart technology across the business.

Outstanding customer service celebrated at 24th annual Crest Nicholson Customer Experience Awards

Crest Nicholson employees from across the UK have been honoured at the company’s Customer Experience Awards 2016. In total 24 employees won awards in recognition of their talent and hard work over the last twelve months. The awards ceremony was held on Thursday 2nd June at the Great Fosters Hotel in Egham.
