Couple step onto the property ladder at Crest Nicholson’s St John’s Mead, Elmswell

Lauren (31) and Alan Ross (35), were renting a one bedroom apartment in Woolpit, Suffolk, when they decided to purchase their first home at Crest Nicholson’s St John’s Mead, Elmswell. The couple had been searching for a year for a new home when they stumbled upon the new Suffolk development. Lauren and Alan were able to step onto the property ladder and purchase their dream three bedroom semi-detached home using the government backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme.

Family values spur on downsizers at Crest Nicholson’s Nightingale Fields at Arborfield Green, Wokingham

Kelly (41) and Russell (45) Price downsized from a larger four bedroom house to the three storey four bedroom ‘Darwin’ style home at Crest Nicholson’s Nightingale Fields. They moved with their young daughter Everley (3) and son Elliott (6), alongside their pointer-cross rescue dog Hughie. The family decided to move to Nightingale Fields to be closer to their Grandmother who also lives at the development.
