Family uses Part Exchange to upsize to new home in Ashford, Kent
Rachael (26) and Stuart (33) Hunnisett recently purchased a brand new home at Bilham Farm, part of Crest Nicholson’s award-winning Finberry development in Ashford. The couple had been previously living in a three bedroom home on the first phase of Finberry. When they had outgrown their current home they decided to upsize and purchased a four bedroom house on the development with their children, Oscar (5) and Scarlett (2).

Artist reveals inspiration behind Arborfield Green’s new public artwork
Amy Goodman, a sculptor and portrait artist from Quarley, designed and created a set of three life sized horse statues which are due to be installed at Crest Nicholson’s Arborfield Green development in Wokingham early next year. Crest Nicholson commissioned the work in Autumn 2017, in tribute to the site’s history as the home of the Remount Depot and Horse Infirmary.

Crest Nicholson commemorates local military history with Remembrance Day donation
To mark Remembrance Day and honour Arborfield Green’s heritage as an army garrison, Crest Nicholson has donated £1,000 to the Arborfield Old Boys Association (AOBA). The 413-acre Arborfield Green development was once a Horse Remount depot and infirmary, as well as home to the Army Technical School, which housed and trained up to 1,000 apprentices at a time.
